The Local Government Unit of Barangay Maricum, Pastrana, Leyte through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites contractors to submit bids for the following Contract:

The BAC is conducting the public bidding for this Contract in accordance with RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

To be eligible to bid for this Contract, a contractor must meet the following major requirements: (a) Filipino Citizen or 75% Filipino-owned partnership/corporation with PCAB License for Size Range, (b) completion of a similar contract costing at least 50% of the ABC, and (c) Net Financial Contracting Capacity (NFCC) at least equal to the ABC.*
