1.The Local Government Unit, through the GF CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos only (Php 500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for INstallation of Transformer for 3-Phase Electrical Supply Municipality of Malapatan PR no. B-2025-05-038. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.`

The LGU Malapatan , through the GF CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred pesos only (Php 500.000.00) PR no. B 2025-05-038 being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
