The Provincial Government of Southern Leyte, through the Capital Outlay intends to apply the sum of P 2,999,260.30 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Installation of Three (3) Units Transformer, New Kilowat Meter & Electrical Accessories. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
