1. The Mayor Hilarion A. Ramiro Sr. Medical Center (MHARSMC), through the General Appropriation Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2,500,000.00) being the Total ABC under the contract for the Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Full Auto-Washer Extractor. Partial Bid is allowed. Unit Cost indicated in the Bid Tender is the ABC per line item. Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The MHARSMC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Prospective Bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two (2) years, with an amount of at least 50% of the ABC of the Lot Availed. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules...
