1. The Municipal Government of Baler, through its 20% DF Supplemental Budget # 01 s. 2025, intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION THREE HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN AND 35/100 PESOS (PhP 3,315,277.35) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the INSTALLATION OF STREETLIGHTS, LABASIN TO BUTON STREET, BARANGAY SABANG, BALER, AURORA (MGB - 2025 - 0006). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Baler now invites bids for the INSTALLATION OF STREETLIGHTS, LABASIN TO BUTON STREET, BARANGAY SABANG, BALER, AURORA (MGB - 2025 - 0006).
