1. The Municipal Government of Baler, through its 20% DF Supplemental Budget # 01 s. 2025, intends to apply the sum of NINE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THREE AND 15/100 PESOS (PhP 9,777,603.15) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the INSTALLATION OF STREETLIGHTS, BALER CENTRAL SCHOOL/ ANGARA STREET TO AGUANG BRIDGE, BALER, AURORA (MGB - 2025 - 0007). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Baler now invites bids for the INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS, BALER CENTRAL SCHOOL/ ANGARA STREET TO AGUANG BRIDGE, BALER, AURORA (MGB - 2025 - 0007).
