1.The Municipal Government of Candelaria, Zambales, through its Twenty Percent (20%) Development Fund for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php. 660,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the hereunder project.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected at the bid opening.
