This Scope of Work covers the fabrication and installation of stainless steel handrails on the staircases of the Bacani Building to enhance safety, accessibility, and structural support for students and staff.
2. Description of Work
The contractor shall supply all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to carry out the following:
Site inspection and measurement of all staircase areas in the Bacani Building
Fabrication of stainless steel handrails based on approved design and dimensions
Delivery and secure installation of handrails on designated staircases
Anchoring and alignment of handrails using appropriate fasteners and support brackets
Polishing and finishing of all stainless steel surfaces
Final inspection and safety check of the installed handrails
