INVITATION FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The Barangay Caridad Ibaba of Atimonan thru the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites interested suppliers/contractors to apply for eligibility screening and if subsequently found eligible to bid for INSTALLATION OF SOLAR SYSTEM / STREETLIGHTS APPROVED BUDGET CONTRACT Php. 267,819.50

Only suppliers duly registered and accredited with the Barangay Caridad Ibaba of Atimonan, Quezon may be allowed to participate in the submission of eligibility requirements. Unregistered and unaccredited suppliers may register with the Barangay Caridad Ibaba of Atimonan, Quezon, Bids and Awards Committee, Barangay Caridad Ibaba, Atimonan,Quezon.

The place of the bidding activities shall be at Barangay Hall Of Caridad Ibaba, on the following schedule.

1. Pre-bid conference shall be made prior to the opening of bids.
2. Opening of bids shall be on March 14, 2025 at 10:30 a.m., at Barangay Hall of Caridad Ibaba, Atimonan, Quezon
