1. The Local Government Unit of Nasipit, through the 20% Municipal Development Fund (MDF) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Pesos (Php 797,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Installation of Solar Streetlights, Replacement of all Busted Streetlight Barangays along National Highway, Barangays along Secondary National Highway, Nasipit, Agusan del Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
