The BARANGAY SAN FERMIN, CAUAYAN CITY, ISABELA through the 2025 20% EDF
Fund of the Barangay intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY TWO THOUSAND PESOS ONLY. (P682,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROJECT: INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS WITH PEDESTAL (ELECTRICAL WORKS) BARANGAY SAN FERMIN, CAUAYAN CITY, ISABELA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.
