Description : He Barangay Centro West, Allacapan Cagayan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) will invites interested entities to submit their price quotation for the following details:

Source of Fund: FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE (PROVINCE)
Appropriation: P 326,158.00

1. Please be reminded that alternative bids shall not be allowed. Alternative bid is defined as an offer by a Bidder in addition or as substitute to its original bid may be included as part of its original bid or submitted separately therewith for purposes of bidding. A bid with options is considered as alternative bid regardless of whether said bid proposal is contained in a single envelope or submitted in two (2) or more envelopes.

2. Any interested entity must submit their quotation in a sealed envelope, using the prescribed form, see Annex "A", not later than February 19, 2025 at 1:00 pm at the Multi-Purpose Building of Barangay Centro West, Allacapan, Cagayan, Include the following eligibility documents in the sealed envelopes:
