1. The Municipal Government of Sta. Margarita, Samar, through the 2024 Supplemental Budget #2 & #3 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Forty Four Thousand Pesos Only (Php3,444,000.00) for the Installation of Solar Street Lights Phase III, Brgy Burabod to Brgy. Ilo, Sta. Margarita, Samar being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Proposed Installation of Solar Street Lights Phase III, Sta. Margarita Samar, SM2025-300-004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Sta. Margarita, Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 85 days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
