for the INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS SYSTEM AND PURCHASE OF ADDITIONAL PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM

1. The BARANGAY LIGAYA, through the Budget for the contract approved by the respective Sanggunian, intends to apply the sum of Four hundred fifty three thousand pesos only (P 453,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS SYSTEM AND PURCHASE OF ADDITIONAL PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM with Project Identification Number 11062025-01, Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening

2. The BARANGAY LIGAYA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Thirty (30) Calendar Days

3. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
