1. The City Government of Sorsogon, through 20% Development Fund intends to apply the
sum of Ten Million Pesos & 0/100 ( ₱ 10,000,000.00) Only being the total Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for INSTALLATION OF
SOLAR STREET LIGHTS AT PIER SITE, BRGY. TALISAY, WEST DISTRICT
SORSOGON CITY under Project Reference No. CW 2025-01-003 . Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Sorsogon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Completion of the Works is required within 90 calendar days . Bidders should have
completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is
contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
