Invitation to Bid for
Installation of Solar Street Lights - Ngan

1. The Municipality of Compostela, through the Local Expenditure Program (Peace & Order Fund /General Fund CY 2025) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos and Eighty-Four Centavos (P2,999,999.84) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of Solar Street Lights - Ngan with Project Identification No. 2025-012-EPA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Compostela now invites bids for the Early Procurement Activity (EPA) above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
