1. The Ministry of Public Works-Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (MPW-BARMM), Maguindanao Del Sur District Engineering Office, through the Supplemental Budget Consolidated Project (Batch 1) FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Php 1,275,550.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 24-SF66MS258 - Installation of Solar Street Lights, Brgy. Salendab, Datu Paglas, Maguindanao Del Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Ministry of Public Works-Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (MPW-BARMM), Maguindanao Del Sur District Engineering Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 31 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
