Invitation to Bid for
SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS
1. The Municipality of Laak - Province of Davao de Oro, through the 2024 Budget-20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱2,400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of Solar Street Lights: for Barangays with Sitios, PB(CW) PR No. 25-0188. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Laak, Davao de Oro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
