INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTING SYSTEM AT MUNICIPAL PREMISES

1. The Local Government of Arakan, through the 20% DF/2025, intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 500,000.00), being the approved budget for the contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTING SYSTEM AT MUNICIPAL PREMISES with project identification number 2025-I-12. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Arakan now invites bids for the above procurement project. Completion of the Works is required within sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
