The Barangay Government of SAYAO, SIBONGA, CEBU invites all legitimate and interested suppliers/traders to bid for the following purchase request (prs), particulars detailed below, funded through the GOP and national grant, to wit:

The ABC shall be the upper limit or ceiling for acceptable bid prices. If a bid price , as evaluated and calculated in accordance with the implementing rules and regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act 9184 (Government Procurement Act) is higher than the ABC, the bidder submitting the same shall automatically disqualified. There shall be no lower limit of floor on the amount of the award.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using a non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the IRR of RA 9184. All bids must be complete. Partial bids shall be considered non-responsive and thus, automatically disqualified. ...
