The BRGY. GOVERNMENT OF CAWAYAN, DALAGUETE, CEBU invites all legitimate and interested suppliers/traders to bid for the following purchase requests(PRS), particulars detailed below, funded through the Sangguniang Barangay and national grant, to wit:

The ABC shall be the upper limit or ceiling for acceptable bid prices. If a bid price, as evaluated and calculated in accordance with the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act (RA) 9184 (Government Procurement Act) is higher than the ABC, the bidder submitting the same shall automatically disqualified. There shall be no lower limit or floor on the amount of the award.
