Section I. Invitation to Bid 2025-PB-003

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION OF MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES FOR
INSTALLTION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS

1. The Barangay Formon, Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro through the 20% Development
Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred seventy-three thousand sixty PESOS ONLY. (Php 273,060.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Construction of Materials and Supplies for Installation of Solar Street Lights. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Formon, Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials and Supplies for Installation of Solar Street Light. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
