1. The Barangay Caagutayan San Teodoro intends to apply the sum of Eighty Hundred Ninety Three Thousand One Hundred One and 40/100 Only (Php 893,101.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) from 20% DF- Barangay Caagutayan San Teodoro, to payments under the contract for the Purchase & Delivery of Materials for Installation of Solar Street Light in 16 Sitios. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Caagutayan San Teodoro now invites to bid of Installation of Solar Street Light in 16 Sitios. Delivery of Materials is required within thirty (30) days upon receipt of award. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Instructions to Bidders.
