Description : The Barangay Government of Brgy. Talisay, San Andres, Quezon, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 150,000.00), under the 20% BDF of the Approved Annual Budget C.Y. 2025, being the Approved Budget for the contract (ABC) of materials, to payment under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Installation of Solar Solar Street Lighting System in Costal Area of Barangay Talisay (Phase I) at Barangay Talisay, San Andres, Quezon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
