Description : Invitation to Bid for the
Installation of Solar Pump at Purok 6

1. The Local Government Unit of Kayapa through the MDF 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos and 5/100 (Php 554,999.05) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Installation of Solar Pump at Purok 6, Baan with Project Identification Number 2025-07-97. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Kayapa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works required Thirty-five (35) calendar days upon the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
