INVITATION TO BID

1. The Office of the Barangay Captain, Barangay San Juan I, Ternate, Cavite through the Barangay Fund
intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand and Nine Pesos (P799,009.00) being
the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of Solar
Powered Street Lights at Barangay San Juan, Ternate, Cavite (20 m spacing). Bids received in excess of
the ABC shall be automatically rejected in bid opening.
2. The Office of the Barangay Captain, Barangay San Juan 1, Ternate, Cavite now invites bids for the
above project. Completion of the Works is required to be completed within _30 calendar days.. Bidders
should have completed, within five (5) years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, a
contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is committed in the Bidding
