1. The Provincial Government of Lanao del Norte through the funds from 20% Development Fund for CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Seventeen Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 17,200,000.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of Solar Powered Street Lights Along Kawit-Paiton-Inudaran-Delabayan Provincial Road located in Kauswagan, Lanao del Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
