1.The Municipality of Basilisa, through the 20% MDF 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for INSTALLATION OF SOLAR-POWERED STREET LIGHTS located at Brgy. Ferdinand, Basilisa, Dinagat Islands. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
