Description : 1. The Department of Agriculture Region - MIMAROPA through the FY2024 GAA Continuing Appropriations intends to apply the sum of Three Million Seventy-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Pesos & 24/100 (Php3,077,600.24) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Installation of Solar Powered Irrigation System (SPIS) in Oriental and Occidental Mindoro and Romblon. Bids received in excess of the ABC of each lot/item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
