Name of Project

1. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBOANGA, through the GENERAL FUND (SB1 FY 2022) intends to apply for Re-Bid the sum of SIX MILLION PESOS (P6,000,000.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of Solar Power Irrigation System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. Bidding will be conducted through negotiated procurement, per Resolution No. AMP- 25-0102 dated March 04, 2025 pursuant to Section 53.1 “Two Failed Biddings” specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
