The Local Government Unit of New Washington, Aklan, through the budget approved by the Sanggunian through the 20% DF CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (Php1,940,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the INSTALLATION OF SOLAR PANEL AT MUNICIPAL HALL, BARANGAY POBLACION, NEW WASHINGTON, AKLAN under Contract No. INFRA-2025-06. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
