  1. The Barangay Government of Barangay 2 Gen. Candido Tirona through 20% development fund duly approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum Two hundred eighty- eight thousand five hundred fifty pesos and fifty centavos (288,550.50), approved budget for the contract (ABC) to payment for the Installation of Solar Panel at Barangay 2 General Candido Tirona, Dalahican Cavite City.
  2. The barangay 2 General Candido Tirona bids and awards committee, now invites bids for the Installation of Solar Panel for use of Barangay 2.
  3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the implementing rules and regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184, otherwise known as “Government Procurement Act”.
