Installation of Solar Lights at Senior Citizens- Park, Brgy. Polilio, Cabiao, Nueva Ecija
1. The Municipality of Cabiao, Nueva Ecija, through the General Fund FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 400,000.00), inclusive of VAT, being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Installation of Solar Lights at Senior Citizens- Park, Brgy. Polilio, Cabiao, Nueva Ecija with Project ID No. 2025-020.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The bidder, therefore, are herewith informed of the following:
a. The Municipality of Cabiao will evaluate the bid proposal and determine the winning bidder. The financial bid proposal of the winning bidder will be the contract price/amount which is considered fixed price. The Notice of Award (NOA) will only be issued upon the approval of the BAC Resolution Recommending the Award of Contract.
