1. The Municipality of Del Gallego, Province of Camarines Sur, through the 20% MDF FY 2025 ANNUAL BUDGET - Installation of Solar-Lights Along Quilbay River at Poblacion Zone 3 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifteen & 27/100 Pesos. (Php.1,149,915.27) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Installation of Solar-Lights Along Quilbay River at Poblacion Zone 3”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
