Description : 1. The Barangay Mas-in, Ormoc City, Leyte, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT Fund intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Twenty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Four Pesos & 40/100 only (Php.829,274.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Installation of Solar Ligths to all (7) Puroks @ Brgy. Mas-in, Ormoc City, Leyte Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Mas-in, Ormoc City, Leyte, now invites bids for “Installation of Solar Lights to all (7) Puroks” @ Brgy. Mas-in, Ormoc City, Leyte . Completion of the Works is required Fifteen 15 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II Instruction to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”
