INVITATION TO BID FOR

INSTALLATION OF SOLAR LIGHT AT BARANGAY SAN ISIDRO, KANANGA, LEYTE

1. The Barangay San Isidro, through the 20% DEVELOPMENTAL FUNDS 2025 to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Four Pesos and Fifty Centavos (PHP 259,864.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for INFRA2025-06-001 Installation of Solar Light at Brgy. San Isidro, Kananga, Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay San Isidro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Twenty Five (30) Calender Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders)

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulation...
