1. The Local Government Unit of Barangay VII-Lumangbayan, Paluan, Occidental Mindoro through Financial Assistance from LGU-Paluan for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Six Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Five Pesos ( 256,255.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Materials of Installation of Solar Energy System in the Multi-Purpose. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
