The Municipal Government of San Andres, Romblon through 20% Development Fund (Regular Budget 2025) intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php800,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the project: Installation of Solar and Electric Powered Streetlight at Barangay Poblacion, Jun Carlo, Mari-sur and Victoria, San Andres, Romblon. Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
