Description : REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

The Local Government Unit of Abulug, Cagayan through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake procurement of civil works for the INSTALLATION OF SERVICE LADDER FOR MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING @ Brgy. Libertad, Abulug, Cagayan with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand Pesos Only (PhP129,000.00).

The procurement will be undertaken through Small Value Procurement in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

In accordance with the Terms of Reference (Annex "A"), please accomplish, provide correct and accurate information and submit duly signed Price Quotation Form (Annex "B") in a sealed envelope not later than 9:00 AM of 6 March 2025 at the Office of the Bids and Awards Committee.

The Local Government Unit of Abulug reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations and to impose additional terms and conditions as it may deem proper.
