The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Halaba Pastran, Leyte, through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites contractors for the INSTALLATION OF RUBBERIZED BASKETBALL COURT LINES COVERED COURT OF SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN FOT BRGY. HALABA PASTRANA LEYTE with an Approved Budgets for the Contract amounting to ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ( Php 100,000.00) ONLY.

A. The Bids and Awards Committee will see a non-discretionary pass/fail criterion in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as in the Preliminary Examination of Bids.
