Technical Specifications:
1. Gases to be supported:
Acetylene, Argon, Nitrous Oxide, Hydrogen, Helium, Nitrogen, Air
2. Area of Work:
HCD Diagnostic Laboratory, ECD Laboratories, and Gas Room
3. Gas Line Requirements:
Multiple independent gas lines per laboratory room
Stainless steel piping system suitable for high-purity gases compatible for laboratory application
Maximum pipe size: 1/2 inch outside diameter (smaller or equivalent)
All piping shall be corrosion-resistant and compatible with laboratory gas applications
Secure mounting using appropriate brackets and pipe supports
4. Gas Regulators
Each gas line shall be provided with:
Dual-gauge pressure regulators
High-pressure inlet gauge (minimum rated capacity ≥ 3500 psi)
Low-pressure outlet gauge with adjustable pressure range appropriate for each laboratory application"
