INVITATION TO BID FOR the

Installation of Public Address System in this municipality (Phase 1)

1. The Local Government Unit of San Jose, through the MDRRM Fund C/Y 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 1,200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Installation of Public Address System in this municipality. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU-SAN JOSE now invites bids for the INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM IN THIS MUNICIPALITY. Delivery of the Goods is required 30 days after receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, within 1 year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
