Description : The Barangay Sto. Rosario Silangan, through the CY 2025 Barangay Appropriation Ordinance 2025-03-001 and Barangay Resolution 2025-06-008 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (Php590,000) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Installation Of Public Address System Along M. Lozada St., M. Almeda St., M.R Flores St., Felix Avila St., And Sto. Rosario Subdivision. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
