Description : 1. The [Local Government Unit of Inopacan, Leyte], through the [20% Development Fund Continuing Appropriations of the Municipal Engineering Office (MEO) with AIP Ref. Code No. 8000-000-3-1-10-002-001-013, intends to apply the sum of (Seven Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Pesos Only and 40/100 (Php 739,670.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the [Installation of Lightings (Solar Lamp Post) in Parks and Open Spaces]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.

2. The [Local Government Unit of Inopacan, Leyte] now invites bids for the [Installation of Lightings (Solar Lamp Post) in Parks and Open Spaces].
