1. The Barangay IV, Enrile, through the Financial Assistance from the Province of Cagayan under the NBLB Program for 2024, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand One Hundred Fifty-Eight Pesos (Php 326,158.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the time of bid opening.
