1. The Barangay Magalalag West, Enrile, through 20% Development Fund of 2024 (Realignment) intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 100,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
