1. The Barangay II,, Enrile, through 20% Development Fund of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (Php 230,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
