1. The Barangay IV, Enrile, through the 20% Development Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (₱300,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the time of bid opening.
