1. The Barangay Roma Sur, Enrile, through 2025 Supplemental Budget for 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety Two thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Eight Pesos and Fifty Two centavos (Php 492,958.52) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
