Description : The Municipality of San Quintin Abra now invites bidders for the INSTALLATION OF HYBRID INVERTER SOLAR POWER (PHASE II) AT SAN QUINTIN MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING, POBLACION, SAN QUINTIN, ABRA as specified below:

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act 9184 (RA9184), otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act".

Interested Bidders may obtain further information from the Municipality of San Quintin, Abra and purchase the Bidding Documents at the address given below from February 11 to 28, 2025, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M and March 3, 2025 8:00A.M to 2:00 P.M.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before March 3, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. at the Multi-Purpose Building, Poblacion, San Quintin, Abra. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.
